✧ Terms of Service ✧

Please make sure to read everything before inquiring or commissioning me.
By commissioning me, you are immediately in agreement with the Terms of Service written below.

❅The artist have the right to refuse ANY commission.❅Rude/Unsavory behavior are grounds for immediate cancellation.❅Commission work is on a waitlist basis. As such, commissions that were given first will take priority, so on and so forth.❅Please be patient, commission wait time may reach 1-2 weeks the shortest and 2-4 weeks the longest, depending on the artist's workload/health.❅Please provide a visual reference and/or specific descriptions. Feel free to communicate with the artist^^❅Use of commissioned piece for resell of merchandise without permission is strictly prohibited.❅Commissioner does not have the right to mint/sell commission as NFT or submission to AI database ; violation will result in blacklist from my commissions.❅The artist retain the rights to the commissioned work. Therefore are free to publicly feature the work whenever they see fit.❅The commissioner has permission to reupload the artwork on their social media accounts, or have it printed for personal use. In this case, the artist must be credited and the watermark must stay intact.❅Please discuss with the artist first regarding commercial use commissions.

-Payment Method and Rules-❅Client can choose to pay through Paypal or Vgen
❅For those who are in the Philippines; payment can be accepted through Gcash as well.❅Client can choose to pay a 50% downpayment or the full price.
Artist will ONLY proceed with the artwork after full payment is received.❅50% downpayment is for being added to the waitlist and the 2nd half is for the artist to proceed with rendering.❅The artist is open to negotiations regarding prices, but a minimum will be provided so as to retain the integrity of the artist’s services.Commissions cannot be refunded!

The commissioner may contact the artist on their social media at any time of the day. Please be reminded to give the artist time to respond, as they may be asleep or busy when the message is sent.Requesting for exceptions on any of the rules mentioned in this ToS may be discussed with the artist first. The artist reserves all right to decline if they think the request is unreasonable and not made on valid grounds..The artist can be contacted through the following:

Take note!!✧A final sketch will be sent before starting with the coloring progress.✧A WIP may be requested at any stage of the commissions progress.✧Any edits or revisions can be done during the sketch approval stage. No revisions will be made once I start rendering.If the artist commits an error (with proper proof and basis), the artist will make any appropriate change with no additional cost.✧Size and orientation of the canvas can be requested.
